TNV – Thermal Recuperative Air purification

UEPN has Thermal air purification systems, with recuperative exhaust air preheating, are particularly suitable for applications with small to medium-sized exhaust air flows and high hydrocarbon concentrations to eliminate any solvent emissions to the atmosphere. For coating line, this specifically, is a fully integrated incineration system type ECO-TNV.

 In 2004 germen print developed the first generation of ECO-TNV incinerator range.

This development was triggered by a combination of rising energy coasts the strict environmental laws in Germany. The germen air purification laws are more strict then those set by the European community as they don’t just restrict the carbon level in the exhaust air to a lower value of 20mg c/Nm³, but also places a limit 100mg Co and NOx/Nm³ on the level of carbon monoxide and nitrogen oxide.

These standards can only be achieved by increasing the combustion chamber retention to obtain more complete combustion; ECO-TNV consists of the ECO incinerator.
